maximiseBachelor'sanalysebehaviouranalyseoptimiseJob Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and execute online marketing strategies aimed at boosting channel partner engagement and driving sales in the real estate sector . The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B/B2C real estate marketing, specifically supporting channel sales teams through lead generation, campaign management, and partner enablement across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Digital Campaign Management: Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, display, and affiliate) to promote real estate projects to channel partners and potential investors. Optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) for lead generation and partner acquisition. Develop geo-targeted campaigns to support region-specific sales efforts. Channel Partner Engagement: Design and implement digital strategies to engage and activate new and existing channel partners (brokers, agents). Create partner-specific marketing kits, microsites, landing pages, and emailers. Track and analyze partner performance metrics using CRM and analytics tools. Content & Collateral Creation: Create compelling content, including creatives, brochures, blogs, case studies, and newsletters, tailored for channel sales and investors. Manage video marketing for project walkthroughs, webinars, and partner training. Lead Management & CRM: Monitor and optimize digital lead funnels, working closely with channel sales teams to ensure timely lead nurturing. Maintain and analyze CRM data to identify lead quality and campaign ROI. Marketing Automation & Tools: Use tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho, or similar to automate and measure campaign performance. Leverage analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.) to assess user behavior and conversion rates. Event & Webinar Promotion: Promote channel partner webinars, launches, and training events via digital media. Manage pre-event buzz and post-event follow-ups to maximize attendance and engagement. Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or channel sales environments. Strong understanding of digital ad platforms, lead generation, and performance marketing. Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms. Excellent communication, analytical, and creative skills.
