As a Digital Marketing & Sales professional at our company, your role involves a variety of tasks and responsibilities: - Sales Execution: - Ability to communicate effectively on the phone and close contracts by addressing clients' needs with our proven solutions - Outbound & Inbound Calls: - Conduct customer outreach and cold calls, as well as handle inbound calls from customer leads to address inquiries and explain our services/packages - Sold Quota Attainment: - Consistently achieve the assigned monthly sold quota - Sales Activity Reporting: - Ensure timely and accurate recording, tracking, and reporting of sales activities and customer/competitive information through our CRM - Pipeline Management & Forecasting: - Provide an accurate sales forecast and continuously manage sales activities including new sales, renewals, and up-sells - Needs Analysis: - Analyze clients' current needs and provide appropriate solutions - Professionalism: - Display professional, personable, and ethical work ethics with a growth mindset and willingness to collaborate Desired Experience: - Preferably have digital marketing knowledge and experience in areas such as SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing, Web Development, App Development, and E-commerce services - Experience in high-volume telecommunication sales, including cold calls/outbound and inbound calls - Proficiency in Microsoft & Excel applications and internet savviness - Experience in a high-volume/fast-paced industry, particularly in identifying prospective clients through various marketing channels Desired Skills: - Possess a winning mentality with a focus on driving new business results - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for business growth - Team player with a can-do attitude, self-motivated, and passionate for excellence - Strong negotiation skills, persistence, resilience, and a positive attitude with a drive for improvement - Highly organized with strong time management skills, ability to multitask, and collaborate with other departments If you are interested in this opportunity, please send your profiles to murugesh@vsupportsolutions.in.
