Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to support school admissions through a combination of digital marketing coordination, campus-based follow-ups, and on-ground outreach activities. This is a full-time, on-site role involving daily interaction with prospective parents, school staff, and local community stakeholders.** Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing & Lead Follow-up Track and follow up with leads generated via Facebook, Instagram, Google, and WhatsApp campaigns Send messages, answer queries, and guide parents through the enquiry process on WhatsApp Web Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools and Excel sheets daily Coordinate with the design/content team for school activity photos and short videos Ensure timely posting of admission-related content with real-time inputs from school Schedule and confirm school tours, trial classes, and follow-ups over call or WhatsApp Share digital brochures, fee structures, and application links with interested parents School-Based Coordination Attend to all walk-in and phone enquiries during school hours Maintain an enquiry register and update progress of each enquiry Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions for parents at the school Collect and organize school photos/videos for brochures and social media Work closely with school coordinators and teachers for updates on events and student activities Ensure updated admission information is displayed on notice boards and front desks Liaise with the admissions manager for daily reports and approvals Field & Outreach Activities Distribute flyers to pre-identified residential societies and high-footfall areas Visit local doctors, pediatricians, and tuition centers to place standees, brochures, or posters Conduct door-to-door leaflet drops or newspaper insert campaigns when required Support planning and execution of Open House events or school exhibitions Coordinate small community events in societies or parks for awareness Ensure branding materials like banners, standees, and posters are displayed and maintained Candidate Requirements: Good communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi Familiarity with WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, and social media platforms Presentable, polite, and confident in front of parents and school staff Prior experience in counselling, marketing, or sales is preferred (education sector a plus) Willing to work full-time from the school location and travel locally for field activities Work Days & Hours: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Sunday off; occasional flexibility needed during events or campaign peaks) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Location: Chinchwad, Pune, Maharashtra (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 50% (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/08/2025
