Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

1. Work on crafting a solid, results-driven sales and marketing plan.

2. Develop and execute a comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy

3. Create compelling and engaging marketing content, including posts, sales decks, articles, and campaign copy.
4. Execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (social media, email, paid ads, SEO).

5. Leverage prompt engineering to enhance AI-driven marketing and content creation. The ultimate goal is to harness AI and technology to fully automate social media and outreach.

6. Assist with various marketing, research, and engagement initiatives.

1. High-energy and proactive Individual, driven by outcomes rather than just putting in hours. Takes ownership of projects and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
2. The ideal candidate loves brainstorming and thinking outside the box. They should be ready for long, deep-dive brainstorming sessions.

3. Possesses a high level of emotional intelligence and is able to deeply understand user psychology and behaviour.
4. An excellent communicator, able to express thoughts clearly and effectively, both in writing and speech.

5. Sees a work-through, no matter how challenging or tedious. Doesn't just skim the surface, dives deep, analyses thoroughly, and ensures high-quality execution.

6. Someone with Method-Agnostic Thinking and high cognitive flexibility

7. Deeply interested in self-improvement and passionate about working on products that drive personal growth.

8. Tech-savvy and eager to explore the latest tools, especially in AI. Loves experimenting with new technologies to enhance work and creativity.

9. Has a good understanding of writing, editing, and structuring content for various formats, including in-app engagement activities, blog-style editorials, and social media posts.
10. Has a strong understanding of marketing and sales fundamentals.
