Monitoring and guiding the digital marketing team to foster a nurturing and collaborative environment will also be part of your role. Regularly staying updated with reports, analyzing growth metrics, and deriving actionable insights from major digital advertising platforms will be essential. Conducting periodic meeting rounds and submitting performance insights to core members and stakeholders in end-of-day reports will also be a part of your routine tasks. Your creativity will be put to the test as you continuously brainstorm innovative ideas and strategies to enhance the effectiveness of ad campaigns. Utilizing digital marketing strategies for various products, leveraging online ads, and creating trending/viral campaigns will be crucial for success. Completing necessary sheets and reports for seamless campaign management and execution will be a key task, along with presenting updates and reports to core team members to facilitate collaborative insights.
