About the Role:

We are seeking a results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will

be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns that drive

measurable results — across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

● Understand the client requirement and communicate the recommendation and show final

results or evaluate

● Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Google, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, and

other paid platforms

● Manage ad budgets and drive performance metrics: CPL, ROAS, CAC, etc.

● Set up and manage conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager, Pixel, GA4, etc.

● Conduct A/B tests on creatives, ad copy, and landing pages

● Collaborate with design, development, and content teams for campaign execution

● Generate detailed reports and performance insights for ongoing improvement

● Stay current on platform updates and performance trends

● Make a case study as a closer of each project

Required Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, BBA, or a related

field

● 2–3 years of hands-on experience in running paid digital ad campaigns

Core Marketing Skills:

● Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube marketing, remarketing,

and audience targeting

● Familiarity with performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS, CPA)

● Experience in using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

● Strong understanding of conversion funnels and customer journeys

● Experience with campaign setup, optimization, and scaling

Analytics & Tracking:

● Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager

● Knowledge of UTM tracking, Pixel installation, and conversion events

● Ability to analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, CAC)

️ Tools & Platforms:

● Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite

● Google Tag Manager, GA4, Google Search Console

● Canva or Figma (for creative coordination)

● Microsoft 360 (for reporting & presentation)

● AI Tools

Soft Skills:

● Excellent analytical thinking and data-driven mindset

● Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

● Attention to detail in tracking, targeting, and reporting

● Comfortable working independently and in a team

● Ability to handle multiple campaigns and priorities under deadlines

Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Mandatory):

● Copywriting for ads, blogs, email, and landing pages

● Knowledge of SEO and keyword planning

● Knowledge of E mail Marketing

● Knowledge of What’s up marketing

Preferred Certifications

● Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, Video)

● Meta Blueprint Certification (Media Buying or Planning)

● HubSpot or SEMrush Certifications (for analytics/SEO understanding)

● Google Analytics (GA4) Certification
