Role Overview
Digital Marketing Manager
You will be responsible for scaling sales, strengthening brand equity, and ensuring that every digital touchpoint reflects the finesse of a luxury jewellery house.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing & Revenue Growth
- Plan, execute, and optimise
Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopping Ads, and retargeting funnels
specifically for jewellery categories. - Drive
online sales, lead generation, and repeat purchases
across collections. - Manage ROAS, CAC, AOV, and conversion rates with a jewellery-first lens.
- Strategise launches for new collections, festive drops, weddings, and seasonal edits.
2. Jewellery-Centric Digital Strategy
- Build end-to-end digital strategies tailored to
fine jewellery, silver, and fashion jewellery
. - Translate product nuances (craft, material, stones, finish, symbolism) into compelling digital narratives.
- Collaborate closely with design, styling, and content teams to ensure visual and tonal alignment.
3. Website, Funnel & E-Commerce Optimisation
- Own website performance across Shopify / custom platforms.
- Improve PDPs, collections pages, storytelling sections, and checkout journeys.
- Optimise SEO for jewellery-specific keywords, collections, and buyer intent.
- Oversee email, WhatsApp, and CRM funnels for high-value jewellery customers.
4. Brand & Content Direction
- Guide social and campaign content to maintain a
luxury-first aesthetic
. - Ensure consistency across digital campaigns, lookbooks, reels, ads, and editorial visuals.
- Oversee influencer, stylist, and creator collaborations from a brand-safe lens.
5. Data, Reporting & Team Coordination
- Track and analyse performance data across platforms.
- Prepare actionable reports for leadership with insights, learnings, and scale opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, freelancers, agencies, and vendors.
- Own digital budgets and marketing calendars.

Required Skills & Experience
- 47 years of experience in
digital marketing
, preferably within jewellery, luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brands
. - Proven expertise in
Meta Ads, Google Ads, and e-commerce funnels
. - Strong understanding of jewellery buying behaviour (weddings, gifting, investment, occasion wear).
- Experience working with high-quality visuals, product shoots, and brand storytelling.
- Analytical mindset with comfort in dashboards, metrics, and performance optimisation.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with
D2C jewellery brands
. - Exposure to luxury marketing, high-ticket products, or premium audiences.
- Understanding of global jewellery trends, festivals, and bridal cycles.
- Familiarity with influencer and stylist-driven campaigns.
