ob Description: As a Digital Marketing Specialist for our travel company, you will be responsible for executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. You will play a key role in creating engaging content, increasing brand visibility, generating leads, and driving traffic to our website and booking platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop, implement, and measure the success of various marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns focused on promoting travel packages, special deals, and destination-specific promotions. Utilize a mix of paid and organic marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and influencer partnerships. SEO & SEM Optimization: Optimize website content for search engines to drive organic traffic. Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities. Oversee Google Ads campaigns to increase bookings and inquiries. Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow the companys social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Develop creative posts, stories, and ads that resonate with travelers and drive engagement. Monitor, analyze, and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms. Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, send personalized offers, and encourage repeat business. Track email performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize content accordingly. Content Creation & Management: Collaborate with the content team to create travel blogs, articles, and destination guides to drive organic traffic and engage potential customers. Curate high-quality, travel-focused visual content, including images and videos, to support campaigns. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing software. Generate reports and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns and increase ROI. Brand Strategy: Ensure that all digital marketing efforts align with the companys branding, voice, and values. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and the travel industry to incorporate innovative strategies. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer service, and other departments to align marketing efforts with business goals. Coordinate with external vendors, influencers, and partners to expand brand reach and create promotional opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, etc.). Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content that resonates with target audiences. Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies to optimize campaign performance. Strong attention to detail, project management skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Preferred Skills: Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Wix, etc.). Knowledge of paid social advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads).
