Job Overview: We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and manage online marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads. The ideal candidate will be proficient in SEO, paid advertising, content marketing, social media, and performance analysis. Role & responsibilities: 1. Plan & Execute Digital Campaigns: Manage SEO/SEM, social media, email, content, and display advertising campaigns to drive traffic and engagement. Develop data-driven marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and lead generation. 2. Social Media & Content Management: Design, build, and maintain our social media presence across platforms. Create engaging content, optimise post reach, and manage ad campaigns. 3. Performance Tracking & Optimisation: Measure and report campaign performance (ROI & KPIs) and optimise based on insights. Identify trends and optimise marketing spend for better conversion rates. 4. Landing Page & UX Optimisation: Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and improve user experience . Identify critical conversion points and enhance user funnels. 5. Marketing Analytics & Strategy: Analyse customer experience across multiple channels. Run A/B tests and experiments to improve conversion rates. Collaborate with agencies and vendors for campaign execution. 6. Stay Ahead of Trends: Research and evaluate emerging digital marketing trends and technologies. Provide thought leadership and innovation in the digital marketing space. Key Skills & Qualifications: 1. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 3-7 years of experience in digital marketing roles. 2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and paid advertising . Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo). Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms . Knowledge of HTML/CSS, WordPress, or other CMS platforms is a plus. 3. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and creativity . Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns effectively. Why Join Us: 1.
