      Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads

      for targeted outreach.
    • Optimize campaigns for

      leads, cost-per-click (CPC), and ROI

Content & Branding

    • Oversee website content, blogs, whitepapers, and social media posts for Layam and subsidiaries (Radram, Layam Australia).
    • Ensure consistent

      brand messaging and storytelling

Lead Generation & CRM

    • Create

      automated lead funnels

      integrating with CRM (LeadSquared / HubSpot).

SEO & Website Management

    • Improve search rankings for industry keywords (Recruitment, Staffing, Contract Manufacturing, ODC).

Analytics & Reporting

    • Track performance using

      Google Analytics, SEMrush, LinkedIn Analytics

    • Minimum

      X qualified B2B leads per month

      across verticals.
