As a Digital Marketing Manager, your role will be to lead a 50-member team across various departments such as Branding, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Design, and Web Development in Hyderabad. You will need to strategize campaigns for clients, handle day-to-day client communications, mentor and manage teams, deliver branding and lead generation strategies, oversee projects from concept to execution, and drive data-backed decision-making using analytics tools. Additionally, you will collaborate with leadership to shape the agency's growth roadmap. Key Responsibilities: - Strategize campaigns and performance for clients - Act as the single point of contact to solve day-to-day client issues - Lead, mentor, and manage multi-disciplinary teams - Deliver branding, lead generation, and SEO strategies aligned with business goals - Oversee digital marketing projects from concept to execution - Drive data-backed decision-making using analytics tools - Collaborate with leadership to shape the agency's growth roadmap Qualifications: - Proven success in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation - Minimum 5-8 years of agency experience (mandatory) - Strong grasp of SEO, SEM, and web analytics tools - Experience managing large teams and multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and organizational skills - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) In addition to the above, the company offers benefits such as Health insurance and Provident Fund for this full-time position.
