Digital Marketing - Jewellery

Role Overview

The Social Media & Marketing Assistant will work closely with the Founder to support all aspects of digital marketing, content creation, and brand communication.

The ideal candidate should be well-versed in social media platforms, possess a strong aesthetic sense, and have a keen interest in the world of fine jewellery and luxury branding.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

Plan, create, and manage content for Instagram and other digital platforms.

Monitor engagement, respond to messages and comments, and ensure consistent brand voice.

Track performance metrics and assist in optimizing growth and reach.

2. Content Creation & Coordination

Assist in conceptualizing and executing photoshoots, reels, and behind-the-scenes videos.

Capture and edit short-form video content showcasing jewellery craftsmanship and atelier moments.

Collaborate with photographers, designers, and editors to maintain the maison’s visual identity.

3. Marketing & Brand Development

Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns and collaborations.

Coordinate influencer partnerships and event-related activities.

Research emerging trends in luxury marketing and social media innovation.

4. AI & Digital Tools

Utilize AI-based tools for ideation, captioning, and content planning (training can be provided).

Assist in maintaining digital archives and marketing materials.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

➢bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Fashion, or related field.

➢Strong understanding of Instagram, digital trends, and visual storytelling.

➢Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

➢Basic photography, videography, or editing skills preferred.

➢Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand aesthetics.

➢Proactive, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
