Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging reels and short-form video content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
• Manage and grow all brand social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) with a focus on increasing reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Develop creative content calendars and strategies to align with brand goals and seasonal campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and execute brand storytelling through reels, stories, and posts.
• Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize content strategy and improve reach.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, features, and best practices.
• Handle community management, respond to comments and DMs, and foster positive brand interactions.
• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders for cohesive content creation.
• Assist in planning and executing paid social campaigns to amplify brand visibility.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in creating and managing social media content, especially reels and short videos.
• Proficiency in video shooting, editing (using tools like CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, etc.), and basic graphic design.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube algorithms and best practices.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh, engaging ideas.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
