Digital Marketing Intern

Role Definition:

The Marketing Manager ensures smooth marketing operations, managing social media, CRM tools, analyzing reports, coordinating with salon teams, and creating attractive offers. The role aligns marketing strategies with business goals to boost client engagement and salon performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy

Plan and run campaigns for monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

• Social Media Management

Handle daily posts, stories, and reels; track performance and trends.

• CRM Activities

Manage client databases, send reminders/offers, and analyze feedback.

• Offers & Promotions

Create competitive offers and ensure smooth implementation across salons.

• Advertising Campaigns

Run paid ads (Google, Facebook, Instagram) and analyze results for ROI.

• Salon Coordination

Collaborate with salon teams to align on promotions and gather feedback.

• Market Research

Track industry trends and competitors to refine marketing efforts.

• Reporting

Provide insights through weekly/monthly reports on campaigns, ads, and client metrics.

• Content Creation

Work with designers and videographers to create engaging visuals.

• Event Management

Plan and execute client engagement events and festive celebrations.

Daily, Weekly, Monthly Tasks:

• Daily: Post on social media, check ad performance, and manage CRM tasks.
• Weekly: Track campaign results, align with salon managers, and review trends.
• Monthly: Provide detailed reports on campaigns, ads, and customer feedback.

Key Metrics (KRAs):

• Growth in social media followers and engagement.
• Increase in offer redemptions and repeat clients.
• High ROI on advertising campaigns.
• Improved client retention and satisfaction rates.
