Job Title: Growth Marketing Intern

Location:Remote

Role Summary

You will be responsible for executing high-impact digital campaigns that drive discovery, engagement, and bookings across core channels: OTAs (Airbnb, Booking), Google, the Shepherds.homes website, Instagram, WhatsApp, and more. You'll get deep, hands-on experience in full-funnel growthfrom launch sprints and SEO to social content, influencer partnerships, and creative analyticssupporting Shepherds.homes to become a market leader in Bangalore and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Launch and optimize listings on OTAs, Google Business, and all digital platforms
  • Batch-produce and schedule Instagram Reels, Stories, and feed posts; manage content calendars, and repurpose content for LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and WhatsApp
  • Support monthly campaigns: local SEO pages, influencer barters, UGC collection, and guest review amplification
  • Launch and monitor WhatsApp CRM broadcasts, email campaigns, and booking flow tests
  • Run weekly creative performance reportstracking Instagram growth, OTA conversion, Google clicks, and WhatsApp opt-ins
  • Assist with digital sales enablement: LinkedIn founder threads, case studies, neighborhood guides, digital listing decks
  • Brainstorm and execute neighborhood content (cafes, gyms, city guides) and before/after room transformation stories
  • Respond promptly to reviews and broker/owner DMs; help activate referral and influencer programs
  • Contribute fresh copy, comfort-first messaging, and storytelling that builds the Shepherds brand and community

Ideal Candidate

  • Passion for growth marketing, digital storytelling, and brand-building in real estate, hospitality, or travel
  • Hands-on experience with Instagram Reels, Google Business Profiles, and WhatsApp/CRM tools is a strong plus
  • Creative with social content, short video, copywriting, and visual branding instincts
  • Data-driven: excited to measure marketing funnel KPIs, test new ideas, and iterate quickly
  • Self-starter: Organized, detail-oriented, hustles to hit tight deadlines in a startup setting
  • Bonus: Experience with SEO/locality pages, influencer marketing, or omni-channel campaign management
