Digital Marketing Intern

Kachappilly Gold is a small but growing jewellery brand known for our craftsmanship, trust, and timeless designs. We're looking for someone who can help us grow our online presence while also being part of our in-store customer experience.

Role Overview:

We need a creative and proactive person who can handle digital marketing tasks and also assist with sales when customers visit the store. Since we're a small business, you'll get to be involved in multiple areas and learn a lot along the way.

Responsibilities:

Manage our social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) posting, stories, and engagement

Create basic photo/video content or coordinate with designers/photographers

Run and monitor online ads or promotions

Handle online enquiries and respond to DMs/comments professionally

Welcome and assist walk-in customers when needed

Maintain a neat and attractive display in-store

Help with basic administrative or sales tasks when the shop is less busy

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of social media marketing or willingness to learn

Good communication skills (Malayalam + English preferred)

Interest in jewellery/fashion is a plus

Friendly and reliable personality

Prior experience in retail or marketing is an advantage but not mandatory

Salary: Based on experience
