Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage our online presence, develop digital marketing campaigns, generate leads, and increase brand awareness across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, SEO, and digital advertising.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate business leads.
• Manage company social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Create and publish engaging content, including posts, banners, promotional creatives, reels, and videos.
• Develop and manage LinkedIn marketing campaigns to promote company services and generate B2B leads.
• Optimize website content using Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques to improve search engine rankings.
• Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads and Meta Ads, wherever required.
• Generate and nurture leads through digital channels and maintain lead databases.
• Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and platform-specific insights.
• Coordinate with the HR and business development teams to promote recruitment campaigns, company services, and corporate updates.
• Prepare monthly digital marketing reports covering reach, engagement, leads, conversions, and campaign performance.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify emerging digital marketing trends and opportunities.
• Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and visual identity across all digital platforms.
• Assist in website updates, email marketing, and online reputation management.
• Coordinate with designers, content writers, and external agencies, if required, to execute marketing campaigns.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing (freshers with strong practical skills may also be considered).
• Knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, SEM, and online lead generation.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn marketing and B2B audience targeting.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other graphic design tools.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Growth in social media followers, reach, and engagement.
• Number and quality of leads generated through digital channels.
• Website traffic and SEO performance.
• Performance and return on investment of paid campaigns.

Work Schedule
