About the Role

LPO Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced Regional Marketing Experts to strengthen our brand presence across India.

We need professionals who can independently handle marketing strategy, campaign planning and end-to-end execution, with proven results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional marketing strategies.
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Manage regional content creation and promotional campaigns.
• Build relationships with influencers, PR agencies, media houses and marketing partners.
• Plan and execute digital, offline, influencer and PR activities.
• Identify and collaborate with regional marketing agencies.
• Manage campaign budgets, timelines and performance.
• Track campaign effectiveness, brand visibility and marketing ROI.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional marketing experience.
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of regional markets and consumer behaviour.
• Established network of agencies, influencers and media partners.
• Hands-on experience in campaign planning and execution.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and coordination skills.

Mandatory Requirements for Applicants
