Position Overview:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Expert with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital strategy, social media marketing, SEO/SEM, and online campaign management. The ideal candidate will be creative, analytical, and results-driven, with a passion for digital trends in the media industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, etc.).
• Manage and grow the brand’s online presence and audience engagement.
• Monitor analytics and optimize content/campaign performance.
• Run paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and analyze ROI.
• Work with the editorial and design teams to create compelling digital content.
• Keep up-to-date with trends, algorithms, and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of proven experience in digital marketing (media industry experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO/SEM, and digital analytics tools.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and other ad platforms.
• Basic knowledge of content marketing and digital branding.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a newsroom environment.
• Must be available for full-time onsite work at our Greater Noida West office.
