Digital Marketing Expert (Remote)

G3 Interactive is a growing software development and staff augmentation company. We are looking for a full-time, in-house Digital Marketing Expert to lead and implement our digital marketing strategy, increase brand visibility, and drive business growth.

Role Overview:
You will take ownership of our digital presence and campaigns, working full-time during business hours to plan, execute, and optimize marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and industry trends.
• Manage campaigns across social media, PPC, display ads, email, and other online platforms.
• Monitor performance and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
• Conduct SEO research and optimize website and content for search engines.
• Create and manage content for blogs, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), and email campaigns.
• Engage and grow the social media community.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency across campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Must be available to work full-time during business hours.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing, SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
