Job Description

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Expert to join our team and play a key role in driving website traffic, boosting online sales, and scaling brand presence across digital platforms.

As a critical member of our marketing team, you will lead performance campaigns, SEO strategies, marketplace growth, and social media execution—all aimed at creating high-converting customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.)
  • Drive lead generation using full-funnel marketing strategies and automation tools
  • Conduct deep keyword research and implement effective SEO tactics (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO)
  • Optimize Shopify websites for traffic and conversions using analytics, apps, and CRO techniques
  • Manage and scale marketplace listings (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) with SEO-friendly content
  • Handle social media strategy & content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
  • Utilize AI marketing tools for content creation, ad testing, and trend analysis
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and others
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and product teams to execute growth strategies

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in D2C or e-commerce

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

  • Basic graphic editing (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools)
  • Email tools like Klaviyo or Mailchimp
  • Basic Shopify theme knowledge (HTML/CSS)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,682.33 - ₹15,000.00 per month
