Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 35 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, and B2B lead generation.
The ideal candidate should be proficient in managing digital campaigns, generating qualified leads, analyzing campaign performance, and implementing data-driven strategies to improve online visibility, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy:
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns aligned with business and client objectives. SEO:
Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, technical SEO audits, competitor analysis, and performance optimization. Social Media Marketing:
Manage social media accounts, develop content calendars, coordinate creatives, publish posts, and monitor engagement across relevant platforms. LinkedIn Advertising:
Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns for B2B lead generation, brand awareness, and audience targeting. Meta Ads:
Create and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, retargeting, budget optimization, and conversion tracking. Google Ads:
Set up and optimize Search, Display, Remarketing, and other relevant Google Ads campaigns to improve lead quality and campaign ROI. Lead Generation:
Develop and execute B2B and B2C lead generation strategies using paid advertising, organic channels, and prospecting tools. LinkedIn Sales Navigator:
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify target companies, research decision-makers, build prospect lists, and support B2B outreach campaigns. Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, advertising dashboards, and other relevant analytics tools. Conversion Optimization:
Monitor key performance indicators, identify opportunities for improvement, conduct A/B testing, and optimize campaigns for better results. Content Coordination:
Collaborate with designers, content writers, and sales teams to develop effective marketing campaigns and lead-generation assets. Client and Team Coordination:
Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely campaign execution, reporting, and achievement of marketing goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 35 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Strong practical knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and performance marketing.
- Experience managing LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads campaigns.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator for B2B prospect research and lead generation.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant analytics and tracking tools.
- Understanding of keyword research, conversion tracking, audience segmentation, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
- Ability to analyze marketing data and prepare performance reports.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on qualified leads, conversions, and measurable business growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency.

Salary and Benefits
