We work with leading technology certification ecosystems, including Red Hat, Microsoft, AWS, Cisco and CompTIA.

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence, generate quality leads and promote our IT training and certification programs.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management

• Manage company social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Create and schedule engaging social media posts, reels, stories and promotional content.
• Develop monthly social media content calendars.
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
• Maintain consistent company branding across all platforms.

2. Content Creation & Design

• Design promotional posters, banners, brochures, and advertisements.
• Create engaging videos, reels, and short-form promotional content.
• Prepare captions, marketing content, and relevant hashtags.
• Use Canva, Photoshop, or other graphic design tools.
• Coordinate with the technical and training teams to collect course-related information.

3. Digital Marketing & Campaign Management

• Plan and execute Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
• Assist with LinkedIn marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, reach, impressions and engagement.
• Optimise advertisements to improve lead generation and conversion.
• Manage promotional campaigns for IT training and certification courses.

4. Lead Generation & Follow-up

• Generate leads through social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Maintain and update lead databases.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups.
• Monitor enquiries received through websites, social media, and WhatsApp.
• Prepare weekly lead generation and conversion reports.

5. Website & SEO Management

• Update website content, course details, and promotional banners.
• Perform basic SEO activities and keyword research.
• Publish blogs and course-related articles.
• Monitor website traffic through Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Improve online visibility and search engine rankings.
• Email Marketing

6. Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing reports.
• Track social media growth and campaign performance.
• Analyse competitor activities and marketing strategies.
• Suggest new ideas to improve brand awareness and lead generation.
• Required Skills: Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
• Experience in Meta Ads Manager is preferred.
• Knowledge of Canva or Photoshop.
• Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Filmora or similar tools.
• Good English communication and content-writing skills.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Ability to manage multiple marketing activities independently.
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related field.
• Candidates with relevant digital marketing certifications are preferred.
• Experience: 1–2 years of practical experience in digital marketing.
• Freshers with strong practical knowledge and a good portfolio may also be considered.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Social media growth and engagement.
• Number of qualified leads generated.
• Digital advertising campaign performance.
• Website traffic and SEO improvements.
• Consistency in social media posting.
• Marketing campaign ROI and support for lead conversion.
• Timely submission of marketing reports.
