ABOUT THE ROLE

Join us as a Digital Marketing Executive in Gurugram, Haryana, India. Full-Time, On-Site, joining within 60 days. In this role, you will architect and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, leveraging advanced analytics to optimize performance across multiple digital channels. You will manage and enhance website content using CMS platforms, oversee social media ecosystems, and conduct in-depth keyword research to bolster SEO activities. Your responsibilities will include developing data-driven insights and reports, and collaborating with cross-functional creative and technical teams to craft high-impact marketing content.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Architect and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across diverse digital channels, utilizing cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.
2. Manage and enhance website content using advanced CMS platforms, ensuring seamless integration with dynamic social media ecosystems and leveraging API connections.
3. Conduct in-depth keyword research and provide strategic support for advanced SEO activities, utilizing sophisticated tools like SEMrush and Ahrefs for competitive analysis.
4. Utilize advanced analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Tableau, and Power BI to monitor campaign performance and develop data-driven insights and reports.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional creative and technical teams, including UX/UI designers and software developers, to produce high-impact marketing content that aligns with technical specifications.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

1. Strong expertise in SEO best practices, implementation, and advanced optimization techniques, including schema markup and technical SEO audits.
2. Proficiency with Google Analytics, including advanced tracking, data analysis, insights generation, and familiarity with Google Tag Manager for custom event tracking.
3. Extensive hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, including campaign optimization through machine learning algorithms and A/B testing.
4. Deep understanding of social media marketing strategies and algorithm-driven content promotion, with experience in leveraging AI tools for content scheduling and engagement analysis.
5. Proven ability to handle complex content planning and execution with precision, including experience in content management systems like WordPress and Drupal.
6. Excellent coordination skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in a technical environment, with experience in Agile project management methodologies.
