Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Executive who specializes in running and optimizing campaigns on Meta (Face book/Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing paid campaigns, analyzing performance, and generating high-quality leads or sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Face book & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping) campaigns. Monitor ad performance regularly and generate performance reports (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).

Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
Create compelling ad copies, visuals (with design team), and A/B testing strategies. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.

Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams for integrated marketing efforts.
Analyze and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and ad manager tools. Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates in digital advertising.

Key Skills Required:
Strong experience in managing Meta Ads (Face book, Instagram) campaigns. Hands-on expertise in Google Ads Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Remarketing. Good understanding of performance marketing, lead generation, and conversion tracking. Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, UTM Tracking, etc. Basic knowledge of SEO is a plus. Strong analytical and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines efficiently.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Certification in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint is a plus. 1-3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles.
