About the Role

Sunseaz Technologies is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns to generate quality leads and maximize return on investment (ROI).

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

Execute Search, Display, Video, Remarketing, Lead Generation, and Conversion campaigns.

Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.

Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis.

Create compelling ad copies and coordinate with the design team for ad creatives.

Perform A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.

Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend.

Set up and monitor conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and UTM parameters.

Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Stay updated with the latest Google Ads and Meta Ads platform updates and best practices.

Support basic creative requirements using Canva for social media and advertising campaigns.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Experience in lead generation and performance marketing campaigns.

Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.

Understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, remarketing, and conversion tracking.

Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Basic Canva designing skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Google Ads Certification and Meta Blueprint Certification will be an added advantage.

Experience handling multiple client accounts or campaigns is preferred.
