Job Description

Oyi Media is looking for a motivated and results-driven digital marketing executive with 1+ year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, content creation, and digital campaign management.

You will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing activities, improving online visibility, managing social media platforms, running paid advertising campaigns, and supporting the overall digital growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase website traffic, engagement, leads, and conversions.
• Manage and optimise social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media posts and digital content.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimise Google Ads campaigns.
• Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including Facebook/Instagram Ads.
• Conduct SEO and keyword research to identify opportunities for improving organic search visibility.
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Optimize website content, meta titles, descriptions, headings, images, and other SEO elements.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, campaign performance, and other relevant digital marketing metrics.
• Analyze marketing campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
• Develop and manage content for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and content teams to create engaging social media creatives and marketing materials.
• Manage and update website content, including basic WordPress-related tasks.
• Assist in developing and implementing new website features, content, and enhancements in coordination with relevant teams.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new trends, opportunities, and marketing strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, advertising platforms, and digital marketing tools.
• Continuously monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to maximise ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is required.
• 1+ year of relevant experience in digital marketing.
• Practical knowledge of SEO and Google Ads.
• Experience in managing Facebook/Instagram Ads and social media platforms.
• Good understanding of keyword research, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and website optimisation.
• Experience in creating and managing social media posts and digital content.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Basic knowledge of WordPress and website content management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
