We're scaling our digital presence and need a hands-on marketer to own it end-to-end. Role: Digital Marketing Executive Experience: 1-2 years | Full-time | Location: Bangalore Start: Immediate Key Responsibilities: - Website Management: Own all WordPress updates, landing pages, blogs, event uploads & performance tracking - SEO + AEO: Drive organic growth through keyword strategy, on-page SEO, technical fixes & optimization for AI answer engines like ChatGPT/Gemini - Social Media Strategy: Plan content calendars, manage daily posting & growth for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube - Paid Campaigns: Independently run & optimize Google Ads & Meta campaigns. Manage budgets, A/B test creatives, report ROI - Content Production: Lead ideation, scripting, shooting & editing of reels, stories, carousels & video testimonials - Analytics & Growth: Track GA4, Search Console, Meta Insights. Share monthly reports with actionable insights - Community Management: Build engagement, manage DMs/comments, collaborate with parents & partners What We’re Looking For: - Experience: 1-2 years in digital marketing, preferably with education/D2C/service brands - Core Skills: WordPress, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Canva, CapCut/Premiere Pro - SEO/AEO Expertise: Proven track record of ranking content. Familiar with schema, EEAT & AI search optimization - Content Chops: Strong copywriting, visual storytelling & trend awareness. You can write a hook and spot a viral format - Mindset: Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision. Data-driven but creative - Must-Haves: Excellent English, portfolio of past campaigns/content, deadline discipline - Bonus: Experience marketing to parents/kids segment.
