Job Description

Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Executive to support our institute’s online marketing activities. The ideal candidate will assist in managing social media platforms, creating digital content, running basic paid campaigns, and monitoring performance. This role is suitable for freshers or early-career professionals who are passionate about digital marketing and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Social Media & Content Support

  • Creating and posting content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Designing and posting Reels, posts, stories, and promotional videos.
  • Maintain posting schedules and ensure consistent engagement on all platforms.
  • Respond to basic queries received through social channels.

Digital Campaign Assistance

  • Setting up and monitoring ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Track daily performance metrics and report issues or improvements to the senior team.
  • Assist in executing lead generation campaigns during admissions seasons.

Website & Lead Handling

  • Update website content, banners, and landing pages with guidance from the senior team.
  • Monitor incoming leads from digital platforms and ensure timely follow-up by the admissions team.
  • Maintain data of inquiries, leads, and campaign performance.

Market Research & Branding

  • Conduct basic competitor research and share insights with the marketing team.
  • Stay updated with trends in social media and digital marketing.
  • Assist in promotional activities for events, seminars, and workshops.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare weekly reports on reach, engagement, ad performance, and lead flow.
  • Use analytics tools (Instagram Insights, Facebook Business Suite, Google Analytics — basic level).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Commerce, or any related field.
  • Basic knowledge of social media management, Canva, and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow in the digital domain.
  • Creative mindset with good communication and coordination skills.
  • Prior internship or 6–12 months experience in digital marketing (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Hands-on exposure to content creation, ads, and analytics.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
