Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance and achieve lead generation targets.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Track website traffic, conversions, and campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking and UTM parameters.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, audience targeting, and campaign effectiveness.
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently and optimize cost per lead (CPL).
• Generate quality leads through targeted digital marketing campaigns.
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Knowledge of performance marketing and paid campaign management.
• Strong understanding of keyword research and audience targeting.
• Experience with GA4, conversion tracking, and UTM parameters.
• Knowledge of A/B testing and campaign optimization.
• Budget management and lead generation expertise.
• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

Qualification

Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with practical experience in paid digital advertising, performance marketing, and lead generation will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
