Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Executive & Content Creator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing digital campaigns, creating engaging content, and driving strong online presence for our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

· Digital Marketing:

· Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

· Manage paid ad campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness

· Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and prepare reports

· Manage SEO, SEM, and social media growth strategies

· Coordinate with internal teams for creatives, landing pages, and marketing materials

· Content Creation:

· Develop engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, and email campaigns

· Create compelling ad copies, taglines, and video scripts tailored for the real estate audience

· Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing content (reels, posts, banners, etc.)

· Stay updated with trends in real estate and digital marketing

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

· Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Content Creation

· Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools

· Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills

· Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)

· Prior experience in Real Estate marketing is highly preferred

· Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
