We are seeking a passionate and skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team and support our digital marketing initiatives, including website management, Google Ads, content creation, and social media handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Management:
• Handle day-to-day updates and changes on the company’s website, ensuring all content is up-to-date and aligned with brand standards.
• Collaborate with the development team to implement design and functionality changes.
• Ensure the website is optimized for search engines (SEO) and user experience (UX).
• Google Ads:
• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
• Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and provide insights for optimization.
• Monitor budget, keywords, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
• Content Creation:
• Develop and manage content for the website, blogs, and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the content aligns with the company’s objectives.
• Create engaging and SEO-friendly content for digital marketing campaigns.
• Social Media Handling:
• Manage and maintain company social media profiles (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Plan and execute social media strategies, including posts, stories, and advertisements.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and increase brand awareness through social channels.
• Performance Analytics:
• Track and analyze digital marketing efforts through Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics tools.
• Provide regular reports on performance metrics and recommend strategies for improvement.
• Branding & Awareness:
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
• Keep up with the latest trends in digital marketing and implement innovative strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing websites, Google Ads, content creation, and social media campaigns.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC advertising.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with various teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with WordPress or similar website platforms.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
