Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in digital marketing, Meta Ads, social media management, graphic design, video editing, and B2B and e-commerce marketing. The candidate should be capable of creating engaging digital content, managing online advertising campaigns, and designing marketing materials such as brochures and product catalogs.

Key Responsibilities

*1. Digital Marketing & Social Media Management*

- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to improve brand awareness and generate leads.

- Manage the company’s social media platforms, particularly Instagram.

- Create, schedule, and publish engaging Instagram posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.

- Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements to increase engagement and reach.

*2. Meta Ads Management*

- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram using Meta Ads Manager.

- Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, and optimize advertisements for better results.

- Analyze campaign metrics, leads, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

- Develop effective advertising strategies to generate inquiries, leads, and sales.

*3. Graphic Design & Video Editing*

- Create high-quality social media creatives, promotional banners, advertisements, and marketing graphics using Adobe Photoshop.

- Edit videos and reels for social media promotions, product showcases, and brand campaigns.

- Develop visually appealing content aligned with the company’s brand identity.

*4. Brochure, Catalog & Printing Management*

- Design product brochures, catalogs, company profiles, and other marketing collateral.

- Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with printing vendors for production.

- Ensure accuracy in product details, images, layouts, and print specifications.

*5. B2B & E-commerce Marketing*

- Understand B2B marketing strategies for business development, brand promotion, and lead generation.

- Support e-commerce marketing activities to improve product visibility, online traffic, and sales.

- Create digital promotional materials for products and online campaigns.

- Coordinate with the sales and e-commerce teams to support marketing objectives.

*6. Reporting & Performance Analysis*

- Track and analyze social media engagement, advertising performance, and lead generation.

- Prepare regular marketing performance reports.

- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and advertising best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.

- Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and paid advertising campaigns.

- Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and video editing software.

- Experience creating Instagram posts, reels, stories, and advertisements.

- Knowledge of brochure and product catalog design, including print production.

- Understanding of B2B marketing and e-commerce platforms.

- Creative thinking, attention to detail, and good communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
