Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management & Engagement (SMM)

Schedule and manage daily posts across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Handle
manual reply management
by actively responding to all DMs, Comments, and Mentions throughout the day to drive engagement.

2. Digital Advertising Execution (Meta & Google Ads)

Set up, monitor, and optimize Lead Generation and Awareness campaigns on
Meta Ads Manager
(Facebook/Instagram) and
Google Ads
.
Manage the assigned advertising budget judiciously with a focus on improving Cost Per Lead (CPL).

3. Basic Conversational Automation

Schedule and execute
News Broadcast Messages
using WhatsApp Business API platforms (such as AiSensy or WATI).
Set up and manage
simple auto-reply rules
on Instagram (e.g., comment triggers and basic welcome messages).

4. Reporting, Analysis, and Strategy

Prepare detailed
Weekly and Monthly Reports
covering Ads performance, Social Media growth, and key lead generation metrics.
Analyze performance data to provide
actionable guidance to the content team
on developing the next creative or post strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Prior experience in Digital Marketing or an equivalent field (6-12 months of internship or paid role).
Practical knowledge of setting up and managing campaigns in
Meta Ads Manager
and
Google Ads.
Excellent written communication skills (English/Hinglish) and a strong
analytical mindset
(ability to interpret data and numbers).
Familiarity with reporting and basic data analysis using MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Must be a
Quick Learner
with the capability to rapidly adopt and manage new communication tools (e.g., AiSensy, WATI, ManyChat).
