Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Execution Design and execute effective digital marketing strategies tailored to clients’ goals. Manage campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, SEO, social media, email, and content marketing. Team Leadership Supervise and support a team of digital marketers, designers, and content creators. Assign tasks, set performance goals, and foster a collaborative working environment. Campaign Performance Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to maximize ROI and ensure client satisfaction. Client Engagement Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and expectations. Deliver timely updates, reports, and actionable insights on campaign performance. Innovation & Trends Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools. Implement cutting-edge strategies to keep Marketmelon ahead in the industry. Qualifications & Skills Experience: Minimum of 1 year in digital marketing with proven success in running campaigns. Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media platforms, Google Ads, and analytics tools. Leadership: Ability to lead and inspire a team to deliver results. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms. Creativity: Adept at crafting engaging and impactful campaigns. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
