Job Description

The Digital Marketing Executive is a key role responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This position requires a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, platforms, and analytics to optimize online marketing efforts and achieve business objectives

Skills & Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling and engaging content for various digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in analysing digital marketing data and using analytics tools to derive insights, measure performance, and optimize campaigns.
  • Ability to think creatively, generate innovative ideas, and adapt to emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective teamwork and collaboration skills to work closely.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Identify target audiences, define campaign objectives, and select appropriate digital channels and tactics.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, such as search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising. Monitor campaign performance, optimize for maximum results, and drive ROI.
  • Create compelling and engaging content for digital marketing campaigns, including website content, blog articles, social media posts, emails, and advertisements. Ensure content is aligned with brand messaging, optimized for search engines, and tailored for target audiences.
  • Manage social media accounts and develop social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Create and schedule content, monitor social media metrics, respond to comments and messages, and analyze social media insights to optimize performance.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic search rankings. Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, meta tags, and URLs, and monitor SEO performance using analytics tools. Stay updated with SEO trends and algorithm changes.
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media advertising, and display networks. Monitor ad performance, optimize targeting and bidding strategies, and manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions.
