Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with expertise in Meta Ads Manager to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in generating high-quality leads, driving traffic, and improving campaign performance through continuous monitoring and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage campaigns across Meta Ads Manager (Lead Generation, Traffic, Calls).
• Monitor daily campaign performance metrics such as CPL, CTR, Impressions, and Reach.
• Optimize campaigns by adjusting targeting, placements, creatives, and budgets to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop high-performing creatives.
• Optimize campaigns to enhance lead quality and reduce cost per acquisition.
• Coordinate with the sales/CRM team to gather feedback on lead responsiveness and conversion potential.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and platform updates in Meta advertising.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in managing Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and optimization strategies.
• Hands-on experience with lead generation and conversion tracking.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in integrating Meta & google Ads with CRM tools.
• Knowledge of Google Ads and other paid media platforms.
• Creative mindset with the ability to suggest improvements for ad designs and messaging.
