Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive located in Bengaluru. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the Multiple business products and services. Day-to-day tasks include creating web content, managing social media platforms, analyzing performance metrics. The role also involves monitoring trends, and optimizing strategies based on analytics data.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and update company pages on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business.
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms and Google Ads (Search & Display).
• Develop engaging and professional social media content — posts, graphics, and short videos.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and prepare performance reports.
• Optimize campaigns for better ROI and audience targeting.
• Research market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
• Manage company branding and maintain a consistent visual identity across platforms.
• Collaborate with management to develop digital marketing strategies and content calendars.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management (freshers with strong skills may also apply).
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
• Knowledge of SEO, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console), and content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and data-driven thinking.

• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms
