Key Responsibilities:

• Manage CRM workflows, updates, and lead assignments.
• Prepare consolidated lead and call activity reports.
• Assign and track leads from WhatsApp, live chat, and other platforms.
• Handle social media pages across multiple brands and platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Plan and manage paid ad campaigns and prepare daily performance reports.
• Update blogs/news and perform SEO activities such as backlink submissions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing and CRM management.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and ad campaign management.
• Basic understanding of SEO and content updates.
• Ability to prepare performance reports and analyse data.
• Good communication and multitasking skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ernakulam District, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Digital Marketing Executive: 2 years (Preferred)
