Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Digital Marketing Executive

to join our team at Grow Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and brand visibility across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, SEM, and other digital channels.
Plan and manage company s online presence and create strategies to increase traffic, engagement, and leads.
Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and improve on-page/off-page SEO performance.
Analyze data and generate reports to measure campaign success, identify trends, and adjust strategies as needed.
Collaborate with content writers, designers, and other team members to create high-quality, engaging content.
Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to ensure ROI and budget optimization.
Monitor social media trends and digital marketing best practices to improve performance.
Create and send email campaigns, newsletters, and automation workflows to nurture leads and improve conversions.
Support website maintenance, including updates, landing page creation, and overall UX improvements.
Track competitor activities and ensure Grow Solutions remains ahead in the digital space.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and strategies in digital marketing.
