Job Description

Digital Marketing Executive Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Manage end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and email.
  • Coordinate SEO initiatives, including keyword research, content optimization, and performance audits.
  • Analyze campaign results using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce compelling marketing creatives and copy.
  • Implement A/B tests on landing pages, email subject lines, and ad creatives to improve conversions.
  • Monitor website traffic, lead generation metrics, and engagement rates, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Stay current with digital trends, marketing technologies, and platform algorithm changes.

Objective of the Digital Marketing Executive Role

  • Translate campaign briefs into high-performing digital activities.
  • Use data to continuously improve content, targeting, and messaging strategies.
  • Bridge tactical implementation with strategic marketing goals.
  • Build brand equity through consistent and compelling digital storytelling.

Qualification and Skill Requirements

  • Male/Female with Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing roles, preferably in B2B or fast-paced B2C environments.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Mailchimp.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles, on-page and off-page optimization, and keyword strategies.
  • Strong communication and project management skills to coordinate with multiple teams.
  • Analytical mindset with data fluency to read dashboards, build reports, and derive insights.
  • Understanding of content strategy, branding, and buyer journeys.
