Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate and manage the Zithara.AI CRM dashboard for Vishal Jewellers 2. Segment customer database (by purchase behavior, special occasions, birthdays, etc.) 3. Create and execute WhatsApp & SMS campaigns for repeat purchases, abandoned carts, and special offers 4. Work closely with the sales & marketing team to track ROI on CRM campaigns 5. Manage customer loyalty programs, feedback loops, and engagement automations 6. Maintain and clean customer data for accuracy and updated information 7.
