Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Role Summary:
We are looking for a hands on Digital Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, and optimize performance driven campaigns for training and consulting programs. This role is for someone who understands how content, ads, and funnels actually convert, not just how they look on slides.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit short and long form videos for ads, reels, and course promotions
• Plan and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
• Design and optimize end to end sales funnels including landing pages, lead forms, and follow up flows
• Manage social media campaigns focused on lead generation and conversions
• Track campaign performance, CTR, CPL, and CAC and optimize budgets accordingly
• Coordinate with sales team to improve lead quality and conversion outcomes

Required Skills:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing
• Strong video editing skills (Reels, ads, YouTube shorts preferred)
• Proven experience running Meta and Google ad campaigns
• Understanding of sales funnels, retargeting, and audience segmentation
• Working knowledge of analytics tools and ad dashboards

Good to Have:

• Experience in edtech, consulting, or training based businesses
• Basic copywriting and creative testing skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
