Digital Marketing Executive

easeInfra is a B2B steel marketplace connecting buyers with verified sellers. We are hiring a hands-on Performance Marketing Executive to generate qualified buyer enquiries and grow our website traffic.

Role & responsibilities

• Plan, run and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for steel products and target locations.
• Build retargeting campaigns for website visitors and interested buyers.
• Work with the buyer team to assess lead quality, improve targeting and reduce cost per qualified lead.
• Manage on-page SEO for product, brand, location and live steel price pages. Work with the tech team on technical SEO fixes.
• Create ad and WhatsApp broadcast creatives for buyers and sellers using Photoshop, Canva or similar tools.
• Manage easeInfra social media pages and content calendar.
• Track results using GA4, Google Search Console and ad platform reports. Share a weekly update on spend, qualified leads, conversions and organic traffic.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Proven B2B lead generation experience and practical SEO knowledge.
• Comfortable with retargeting, conversion tracking, creative designing and campaign reporting.
• Able to show campaigns personally managed and explain the quality of leads generated.
• Experience in marketplaces, construction or building materials is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
