Role Overview
We are looking for a smart and creative lady candidate with strong expertise in Social Media Marketing (SMM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and video editing. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital growth, brand building, and engaging online communities through innovative marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Create, edit, and optimize engaging videos, reels, and short-form content for brand promotion
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness
Conduct keyword research, SEO optimization, and analytics tracking for website and content performance
Coordinate with design and content teams to maintain visual consistency and brand voice
Monitor campaign performance and generate performance reports and insights
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the renewable or tech industry
Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar)
Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and social media algorithms
Excellent communication skills and creative mindset
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines
