Digital Marketing Executive

The Digital Marketing Officer is responsible for managing and optimizing the SEO strategies and paid advertising campaigns across the Search and Social channels. This role requires collaborating with the CTG/Cegeka Global Marketing Teams across North America and Europe to improve brand visibility and generate leads. Essential Functions of the Job: Paid Campaigns Management Coordinate with the local marketing team and regional marketing team members to plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns Create ad campaigns on Google, MS/Bing, LinkedIn, Reddit, and any other relevant search / social platforms Monitor and optimize the campaigns for better performance based on the campaign objectives Measure and report the campaign performance KPIs (CTR, CPC, Conversions) based on a pre-defined reporting template or recommend different KPIs for effective reporting Collaborate with content and design team to create compelling ads SEO Management Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve rankings Assist in off-page SEO efforts like link building, outreach, and citation management Monitor and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Semrush/Ahrefs, etc. Qualifications & Skill-sets: A degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience working as Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing Executive, mainly in B2B Technology or SaaS companies Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Google and LinkedIn platforms Good understanding of SEO concepts (on-page, off-page, and technical) Strong understanding of the search and social tech ecosystem such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Bing Webmaster, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Semrush/Ahrefs, etc. Must have a Go Getter” attitude in seeking new campaign approaches and tactics and adopt to the campaigns. Good communication skills - both written and verbal.
