Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities :

1. Social Media Management

• Manage and grow the brand's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan, schedule, and publish content consistently across platforms.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity, and communication style.
• Manage the social media content calendar and ensure timely execution.

2. Organic Growth & Brand Building

• Develop and execute strategies to increase organic reach, followers, engagement, profile visits, and brand awareness.
• Research trending topics, audio, reels formats, hashtags, and content opportunities relevant to the brand.
• Identify opportunities to improve content performance and audience growth.
• Build an engaged community through meaningful interactions and consistent communication.
• Focus on sustainable growth rather than fake followers or engagement.

3. Content Planning & Creation

• Develop creative ideas for Instagram Reels, carousels, static posts, stories, LinkedIn posts, and other social media formats.
• Write engaging captions, hooks, headlines, and calls to action.
• Create basic social media creatives using Canva or similar tools.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, or other team members whenever required.
• Convert business updates, services, and brand objectives into engaging social media content.

4. Research & Competitor Analysis

• Monitor competitors and relevant brands to understand their content strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and digital marketing practices.
• Conduct audience and hashtag research to identify relevant content opportunities.
• Suggest innovative campaigns and content ideas to improve brand visibility.

5. Community Management

• Respond to comments, messages, and audience queries professionally.
• Encourage meaningful conversations and audience participation.
• Identify relevant collaborations, creator partnerships, and engagement opportunities.
• Maintain a positive and professional brand image online.

6. Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Track key metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, profile visits, shares, saves, and website clicks.
• Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.
• Identify top-performing and underperforming content.
• Use insights and analytics to improve future content and organic growth strategies.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
