Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with 1–2 years of experience in executing and monitoring digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media marketing, paid advertising, SEO, and campaign performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across relevant platforms.
• Manage social media activities, including content planning, scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Assist in executing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and basic SEO activities.
• Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
• Analyse campaign metrics and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
• Coordinate with SEO, content, design, and client servicing teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Support lead generation initiatives and work towards improving campaign performance.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
• Ensure timely execution of assigned tasks and meet campaign deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, and SEO.
• Familiarity with GA4, Google Search Console, and digital marketing reporting tools.
• Understanding of key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversions, engagement rate, and ROI.
• Good analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with different teams.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing digital marketing trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A degree or certification in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or a related field.
• Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta certifications will be an added advantage.
• Experience handling multiple client accounts or working in an agency environment is preferred.
