Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative, analytical and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute digital marketing activities across our portfolio of premium international beauty and professional haircare brands.

The candidate will be responsible for implementing digital campaigns, managing social media platforms, coordinating content calendars, executing paid advertising campaigns, monitoring website performance and supporting online brand growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, performance marketing and digital analytics.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing & Campaign Management

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across relevant online platforms.
• Develop monthly digital marketing calendars aligned with brand objectives and business goals.
• Execute product launch campaigns, promotional activities and seasonal marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely campaign execution.

2. Social Media Marketing

• Manage and monitor brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
• Plan social media calendars, posts, reels, stories and campaign communication.
• Coordinate with the content and design teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
• Track engagement, reach, follower growth and overall social media performance.

3. Performance Marketing & Paid Advertising

• Assist in planning, executing and optimising paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Monitor campaign budgets, traffic, conversions, cost per acquisition and return on ad spend.
• Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements to enhance results.
• Coordinate with performance marketing agencies, where applicable.

4. Website & SEO Management

• Monitor website performance, traffic and user behaviour.
• Implement basic on-page SEO activities, including meta titles, meta descriptions, keyword optimisation and internal linking.
• Coordinate website content updates, landing pages, banners and promotional activities.
• Track website traffic, search performance and organic growth using Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.

5. Influencer & Digital Collaboration

• Support influencer marketing campaigns, creator collaborations and brand partnerships.
• Coordinate campaign deliverables, posting schedules and performance tracking.
• Assist in identifying relevant influencers and digital opportunities to increase brand awareness.

6. Analytics & Reporting

• Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports.
• Monitor key metrics across social media, paid advertising, SEO and website traffic.
• Analyse campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Present actionable insights to the marketing team.

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
• Understanding of SEO, social media marketing, paid campaigns and digital analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
• Strong communication, organisational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple brands, campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred: Experience working with beauty, cosmetics, skincare, haircare, wellness or lifestyle brands.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
