We're seeking a **Digital Marketing Manager** with 3-10 years of proven experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns across multiple industries. This remote position requires expertise in funnels, buyer psychology, and data-driven scaling to deliver predictable leads, sales, and ROI for our diverse client portfolio.

## ???? Key Responsibilities
### **Meta Ads Management**
- Plan, set up, and manage lead generation and conversion campaigns (ABO/CBO)
- Create structured cold, warm, and hot audience funnels for effective targeting
- Analyze creative performance (hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPC, retention)
- Collaborate with design and video teams by providing clear, data-driven briefs
- Scale winning campaigns and test new strategies based on performance insights
### **Google Ads Management**
- **Search Campaigns:** Plan and manage campaigns for lead generation with keyword research, ad copywriting, and negative keyword optimization
- **Display Campaigns:** Create and optimize campaigns for brand awareness and remarketing opportunities
- **YouTube Campaigns:** Develop video advertising strategies with proper tracking of quality scores, CTR, and conversion rates
- Implement and track conversion actions across all campaigns for accurate measurement
### **Market Research & Competitor Analysis**
- Perform thorough market and competitor research to identify opportunities and gaps
- Use AI-powered tools to gather insights on audience behavior, industry trends, and ad performance benchmarks
- Provide data-backed recommendations for targeting, creative angles, and messaging
### **Measurement, Tracking & Reporting**
- **Campaign Level:** Track and report on ROAS, CPL, Frequency, Reach metrics & Conversion Rate
- **Creative Performance:** Measure Hook rate, CTR, CPC, and Retention for all creative assets
- **Ad Set Level Analysis:** Break down performance by Audience, Placement, Gender, and Age
- **Client Communication:** Share clear, actionable insights and next steps with clients and internal teams
- Build and maintain weekly performance reports with meaningful optimization insights
## ???? Technical Requirements
**Essential Technical Skills:**
- **Meta Pixel & Conversions API:** Testing, troubleshooting, setup, and management of tracking infrastructure
- **Google Analytics & Tag Manager:** GA4 integration with GTM for comprehensive tracking and attribution
- **Attribution & UTM Tracking:** UTM tagging and multi-platform attribution tracking across marketing channels
- **Conversion Setup:** Ensure accurate tracking for lead forms, checkout funnels, and landing pages
## ? Must-Have Qualifications
- **2-4 years of hands-on Meta Ads and Google Ads experience** (lead gen/e-commerce)
- Ability to **handle multiple ad accounts** with different products, services, and KPIs simultaneously
- **Strong understanding** of CPL, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CAC, Hook Rate, and Hold Rate
- **Proficiency** in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Google Sheets, and tracking tools
- Experience with **market research and competitor analysis**
- Familiarity with **AI-powered research tools** for optimization
- **Good understanding, fluency, and communication in both Tamil and English**
- Strong communication skills and ability to **work independently**
